Refund Policy
Refunds on Damaged or Defective Products:
The HTP Store will return or replace damaged or defective products provided we are notified of the damage within 30 days at HTP’s discretion. Please notify the HTP Store immediately upon receipt if damaged or defective products.
Returns and refunds
Full refunds will be honored on orders cancelled prior to shipment. Once items are shipped the following return and refund policies apply.
Products are eligible for return for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned to HTP unused and in the same condition as it was received, with any original packaging intact. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund on returned items.
Products are refunded at the price they were sold. Items that are sold in bulk quantities may only be returned in the same quantity to be eligible for return and refund.

Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Wholesale purchases
Individual items purchased as part of a bulk discount.
Shipping costs
A partial refund may be offered in the case the following circumstances:
Products with obvious signs of use, or where the original packaging has been opened.
Refunds will not be honored for any items that are returned to HTP damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition or where a refund request has not been made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail that we have received your returned item and the condition it was in on return. We will also notify you whether we are able to approve your refund request.
If your refund request is approved, a refund will be processed via a credit to the original credit card or a check will be mailed usually within two weeks. Credit card refunds may take up to 72 hours to post to your account. If you have not received a refund by credit card after 72 hours, or a check within 21 days, please feel free to contact us.
Returned Payments, payments are made with the agreement and understanding that there is a fee of $35 or 10% of the cost of the transaction, whichever is greater, for all returned checks or for credit card payments that are either disputed or refunded by a third party.
Return Shipping
The purchaser is responsible for the shipping cost on returned products to HTP.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
HTP recommends using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance for returned merchandise. HTP is not responsible for returns that are not received by us.
